Testimonial: “I started working with Jasmine Artis in 2025 when I realized I really needed help to furnish my new Chicago condo while I was living and working on the east coast. I had done a lot of work with the online interior design company, Decorilla. While the online company helped me envision the new condo, I realized that I would never be able to manage the purchase of furniture and décor from a distance, let alone get the items and assemble them on my own.

I needed both artistic vision and strong business practices. When Jasmine set up our initial business meetings, I knew I could work with her – the calendar invites came with detailed accompanying information, and all information about costs and billing was clear and internally consistent. I understood how we would work together in the months ahead, and that reassured me that the adventure I was embarking on would go smoothly.

On the design element, Jasmine looked at my Pinterest board, which showcased ideas I had been working on for several years. The design elements I was interested in were very particular to my needs, my family’s interests, and my desire to have a fresh and modern approach to a beautiful space. Jasmine listened carefully and presented me with options on each of the early visits. I loved that part: it was fun to see choices A through E, for example, and decide which one appealed to me most and why that was the case. So long as I communicated why I liked what I liked, Jasmine could refine options until we came up with a workable plan.

I initially had a $50K budget but expanded that budget when I realized how much Jasmine could do for me. She brought in contractors to install a tile backsplash behind the kitchen stove, custom wallpaper in two rooms, and custom cabinetry in the bedroom. Jasmine quickly became known and trusted with the condo staff and management and worked with them carefully and courteously in my absence. A tribute to Jasmine’s excellent communication skills is how readily she was able to secure access to the loading dock when needed and accomplish complex tasks as chief spokesperson for this complex project.

In summary, I absolutely love the design work that Jasmine did for my Chicago condo. I have a smile on my face when I walk around and see the final product. Jasmine translated my ideas into real goods, installed and ready for me to use.
